Responsibilities :
- Support clients by responding to questions and product-related issues
- Document customer pain points and relay insights to internal teams
- Create meeting minutes during team discussions
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Preferably 5th semester or above (flexible as needed)
- Minimum internship period of 3 months (longer is preferred)
- Available to work hybrid/on-site depending on company needs
- Genuine interest in technology and legal tech solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex topics in simple, user-friendly language
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team
- Proficient with basic tools: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
