Job description for Interior Project Manager at CID Studio
CID Studio is a Jakarta-based interior design studio committed to delivering timeless, thoughtful, and well-crafted spaces. We specialize in residential and commercial interiors that blend aesthetic sensibility with functional precision.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Interior Project Manager to lead our interior design projects from concept through completion. You’ll act as the main point of contact between the design team, vendors, and clients, ensuring that all project milestones, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee end-to-end execution of interior projects — from initial planning, scheduling,
checking drawings, and budgeting to handover
• Coordinate with in-house designers, drafters, and external vendors/suppliers
• Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to design and technical
standards
• Conduct regular site visits and report progress/issues to internal teams and clients
• Anticipate and troubleshoot project issues and site discrepancies quickly
• Maintain thorough documentation, including reports, change orders, and client
communications
• Ensure quality control at every stage of the project
• Act as the point of contact for client updates, feedback, and approvals
Requirements :
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design or architectural project management
• Educational background in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and project flow
• Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to read and review technical drawings and BoQs in detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., Trello,
Notion, or similar)
• Willing to do site supervision when required
Preferred :
• Experience managing both residential and commercial projects
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
• Familiar with Jakarta-based suppliers and subcontractors
