We’re looking for an experienced Interior Production professional who understands technical drawings, material calculations, fabrication processes, and on-site execution.
This role is responsible for ensuring that interior elements are produced and installed according to approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, budgets, and project timelines.
You won’t just coordinate from behind a desk. You’ll work hands-on with our design team, workshop, project team, vendors, workers, and clients to turn drawings into well-executed spaces.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Read, review, and interpret working drawings, shop drawings, technical details, specifications, and site conditions.
- Coordinate interior production and fabrication based on approved designs and technical requirements.
- Calculate material quantities, prepare material take-offs, and determine manpower requirements.
- Prepare and review RAB, BOQ, and other cost-related project documentation.
- Understand and evaluate interior materials, finishing, construction methods, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
- Coordinate with internal and external workshops to ensure production meets approved dimensions, specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Monitor production progress, material usage, workmanship, and product quality.
- Coordinate material and purchasing requirements with the Procurement team.
- Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, cost, technical capability, and lead time.
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, vendors, and installation teams during site execution.
- Oversee interior installation and ensure the final output aligns with approved drawings and project requirements.
- Communicate with clients regarding technical requirements, material specifications, site conditions, and execution matters.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Design Team, Procurement, Workshop, and other internal teams.
- Identify technical discrepancies, production issues, and potential delays, then develop practical solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation of production progress, material requirements, quality checks, and outstanding issues.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior production, furniture manufacturing, interior construction, fit-out, renovation, or related projects.
- Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related educational background is preferred
- Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, finishing, fabrication, and installation.
- Able to read and interpret working drawings, technical drawings, and shop drawings.
- Experienced in site measurement, material calculations, material take-offs, RAB, and BOQ.
- Familiar with furniture and interior fabrication processes, including workshop coordination and site installation.
- Experienced in coordinating workers, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable making practical decisions on site.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Willing to work full-time on project sites in Jakarta.
WHAT WE VALUE
We’re looking for someone who can think technically, communicate clearly, and execute on the ground.
Someone who understands that great interior execution requires more than a good design. It takes accurate drawings, the right materials, reliable production, effective coordination, and attention to detail through installation.
We value people who take ownership, anticipate problems, and focus on finding practical solutions rather than waiting for someone else to fix them.
If you know how to turn drawings into production-ready details and bring them to life on site, we’d love to hear from you.
