Job description for Interior Fit-out Site Supervisor at PT. VISION SPACE INDONESIA
The Construction Site Management Executive for Fitting Out is responsible for overseeing the execution of fitting-out construction projects from start to finish. The incumbent will work closely with the project manager to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the construction site, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the project plan, relevant regulations, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workers, ensuring that they understand and comply with their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor and report progress against the project plan, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Review and approve project documentation, such as design drawings, material specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained before work begins.
• Maintain effective communication with the project manager, clients, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards, and that any defects are identified and rectified in a timely manner.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, tracking costs and timeframes to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on time.
• Identify and manage risks associated with the project, implementing risk management strategies to minimize potential impacts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, and promote a safe working environment for all site workers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in site management, preferably in the fitting-out construction industry.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget
