Interior Designer

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with minimum of 1-2 years of experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives for interior spaces.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and color schemes that align with client expectations.
• Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and specifications for furniture, materials, and finishes.
• Source and select furnishings, fixtures, and decor items, ensuring quality and style.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Present design proposals and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies to ensure innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installation and ensure design integrity.
