Interior Designer

Responsibilities :

1. Create design concept and space planning

2. Preparing preliminary plans for initial meeting

3. Create detailed scale drawings upon approval of preliminary drawings

4. Responsible for all and any other tasks related to project work to perform and produce a well thought design

5. Coordinate with vendor and related contractor or consultant as required

6. Able to handle projects with minimal supervision

Candidate at least has Bachelor degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable university

Requirement:

1. Has minimum working experience of 3-5 years in interior design or any related field

2. Having working experiences abroad would be highly appreciated

3. Proficiency in: Design Concept, AutoCAD and SketchUp

4. Have a good command of English, verbal and written

5. Passionate and strong conceptual in design thinking, sense of art and good in space planning

6. Capable to work for both as team and individual

7. Able to work under tight schedule and overtime

8. Applicant must be willing work in Semanggi, South Jakarta
