QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum 4 years' experience in an Interior Design firm (Design & Build experience is a plus).
Skilled in detailed drawings and coordinating with construction teams.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.
Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, and quantity calculation.
Good design sense with attention to proportion, color, and composition.
Strong leadership, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.
