Job description for Interior Designer at Seven days agency
**About the role**
We're a boutique short-term rental company managing apartments in the Brawa/Canggu area, currently expanding our portfolio with a new development project. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented junior team member to support both our new-build project and our day-to-day guest-facing operations. No formal interior design degree required — what matters most is a genuine eye for design and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
**What you'll do**
- Source materials, furniture, and decor for our new apartment project (working directly with local suppliers and manufacturers)
- Help shape the interior look and feel of new units, from concept to finished space
- Manage social media content and updates for our existing apartments (photos, captions, guest-facing posts)
- Support general administrative tasks — coordination, follow-ups, basic reporting
- Communicate directly with suppliers/manufacturers and occasionally with guests, so clear written and spoken English is essential
**What we're looking for**
- A creative eye and genuine interest in interior design, styling, or spaces — background can come from experience, self-study, or a related creative field
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) — non-negotiable, as this bridges suppliers and guests
- Comfortable juggling creative tasks and admin/operational work
- Organized, proactive, and reliable
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Canggu area
**Nice to have**
- Experience with social media content creation (Instagram, Canva, etc.)
- Basic understanding of construction/renovation timelines
- Bahasa Indonesia (for local supplier coordination)
