INTERIOR DESIGNER INTERN (3D RENDERING) - RESIDENTIAL / COMMERCIAL
As we expand our portfolio of residential homes, offices, and commercial renovation projects across Singapore, we are seeking a capable Interior Designer Intern with strong 3D Rendering skills to support our growing pipeline of projects.
Role Overview
You will work closely with our design and project team to support the development of interior concepts through accurate 3D visualizations and renderings for both residential and commercial spaces.
This is a remote-based role ideal for design students or fresh graduates looking to gain exposure to real-world renovation projects in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating 3D models and photorealistic renderings for interior spaces
Translate design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans into visual outputs
Prepare perspective views for client presentations and proposals
Support in developing layout drawings and basic space planning
Source materials, furniture, and fixtures for design proposals
Amend and refine 3D renderings based on feedback from the design team
Work with floor plans and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in modeling
Ensure timely delivery of visuals in accordance with project timelines
Requirements
Proficiency in AI rendering and AI 3D visualisation tools to accelerate and scale output
Proficiency in SketchUp / 3Ds Max / Revit / Blender or equivalent
Experience with rendering tools such as V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion / D5 Render / Twinmotion
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator for post-render editing
Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
Able to work independently in a remote setting
Good time management and communication skills

Location: Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (office hours)
Salary: SGD150 per month
