Job description for Interior Desainer Officer at PT Nobel Desain Asia

We're Hiring: Designer – Interior Design Officer

Kualifikasi:

- Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 30 tahun.

- Pendidikan minimal S1 Desain Interior, Arsitektur, Teknik Sipil, atau jurusan lain yang relevan.

- Memiliki pengalaman kerja 1–2 tahun di bidang desain interior. (Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar)

- Mahir menggunakan AutoCAD, SketchUp, serta 3ds Max atau Enscape untuk visualisasi 3D. Menguasai Adobe Creative Suite untuk pembuatan mood board dan presentasi desain.

- Menguasai space planning, pembuatan gambar kerja teknis (working drawings), detail joinery, serta pemilihan material dan finishing interior.

- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

- Paham AI Tools Utilization.

- Memiliki minat dan kemauan untuk mempelajari pengawasan pekerjaan di lapangan, proses renovasi turnkey dan fit-out, serta koordinasi dengan kontraktor dan vendor.

- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim serta beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan dan tenggat waktu proyek.
