About the Role
We are looking for an Interior Architect / Finishing Site Architect to support our villa, hospitality, and commercial fit-out projects in Bali.
This role is focused on interior finishing, site coordination, quality control, and execution follow-up. We need someone who can check the work on site, understand drawings, communicate with workers and suppliers, and make sure the finishing quality matches the approved design.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise interior finishing works on site.
- Check plaster, paint, tiles, gypsum ceiling, carpentry, built-in furniture, doors, windows, lighting, bathroom details, and other finishing works.
- Coordinate between owner, architect/designer, contractor, suppliers, and site workers.
- Review architectural and interior drawings before and during execution.
- Check measurements on site and compare with drawings.
- Prepare simple daily/weekly site reports with photos, notes, problems, and next actions.
- Follow up work progress with workers and contractors.
- Help select and check materials, samples, finishes, colors, tiles, lighting, sanitary items, and furniture details.
- Coordinate MEP points with interior design, including AC, electrical outlets, switches, lighting, plumbing, drainage, and exhaust points.
- Make sure finishing details are clean, aligned, level, and executed according to the approved design.
- Support BOQ checking, quantity review, and cost-saving suggestions when needed.
- Report site problems clearly and quickly.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in architecture, interior design, site supervision, or finishing works.
- Strong understanding of interior finishing works.
- Good eye for detail and quality.
- Able to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Able to use AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Able to make simple technical sketches/details when needed.
- Good communication with site teams and suppliers.
- Honest, organized, responsible, and proactive.
- Able to visit sites regularly around Bali.
- Bahasa Indonesia required.
- Basic English communication preferred.

Transport
Candidate should preferably have their own motorbike.
If the candidate uses their own motorbike for project/site visits, fuel/transport expenses will be covered by the company based on actual project-related travel.
