Fokus Target as a modern demand generation and digital agency that is already recognized by Top companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Lenovo, Grab, Cisco, SAP, Tech Data, NetApp, etc is growing rapidly from 3 employees to 60 employees in less than 3 years. We are also able to pivot our business during a pandemic and grow even stronger by keeping adding teams and launching new services.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
Manage diverse marketing channels, including events, telemarketing, telesales, digital marketing, RSVP services, database marketing, and PR.
Track campaign performance against key KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
Ensure all campaign activities run according to targets, timelines, and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports & analysis.
Support branding initiatives and marketing communication strategies.
Manage timelines, project coordination, and campaign deliverables.
Qualifications:
Min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory (must be comfortable with formulas, Pivot Tables, and data management).
Strong interest in marketing, telemarketing, sales campaigns, or lead generation.
Experienced in running and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (B2B/B2C).
Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and negotiation with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Highly adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Familiar with social media, digital marketing tools, and campaign analytics.
Proficient in PowerPoint or Canva for creating basic campaign presentations.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and capable of basic English (written & spoken).
