Role Description:
As an Insurpreneur, you will leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to build and manage your own insurance business. Your responsibilities will include generating and nurturing leads, assessing client insurance needs, recommending and customizing insurance products, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also stay updated on industry trends and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build a robust network to generate new leads and expand your client base.
2. Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify insurance needs and tailor solutions.
3. Inform clients about various insurance products and their benefits.
4. Adapt insurance solutions to meet specific client goals and budgets.
5. Maintain communication with clients for support and additional services.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide accurate advice.
7. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Minimum Diploma in any field.
2. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
3. Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
4. Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
5. Certification: Ability to obtain relevant insurance certifications (e.g., life insurance license).
