WE’RE HIRING – Insurance Operation Analyst
Placement: Head Office Menara Sentraya, Blok M
Job Description:
- Verify completeness and accuracy of patients’ insurance claim documents.
- Manage and distribute insurance files (both physical & digital).
- Upload documents to insurance portals and update claim databases.
- Monitor claim status and ensure timely payment.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and internal teams to resolve pending claims.
- Attend training sessions and deliver insurance policy updates to clinic teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in handling insurance claims, preferably in dental clinics or hospitals.
- Good understanding of insurance claim processes; proficient in MS Office & administration.
- Strong communication, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, team player, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work on weekends
