Position: Insurance Business Development Executive
We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Insurance Business Development Executive. This position offers entrepreneurial opportunities where you can build your own business with unlimited commission potential.
Responsibilities:
1. Seek and build networks to generate new leads and expand the client base through various channels.
2. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to identify clients' insurance needs and provide solutions that match their profiles.
3. Educate clients on various available insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, and other types of insurance, as well as their benefits and features.
4. Tailor insurance solutions to meet specific client goals and budget needs, providing relevant and impactful recommendations.
5. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide support, address concerns, and offer additional services as needed.
6. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulations, and product developments to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
7. Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics to ensure success in this role.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
2. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships.
3. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
4. Independence: Ability to manage your own schedule and work autonomously.
5. Certification: Must obtain relevant certifications to sell insurance products (e.g., life insurance license).
