Job description for Instrument Freelance at PT. Varley Indonesia

Tanggung Jawab

Melakukan instalasi, kalibrasi, dan commissioning instrument pada sistem valve dan equipment terkait.
Melakukan troubleshooting dan perbaikan pada instrument seperti pressure transmitter, positioner, limit switch, dan control valve.
Melakukan inspeksi rutin dan preventive maintenance terhadap instrument dan valve control system.
Membaca dan memahami P&ID, wiring diagram, dan instrument datasheet.
Memastikan seluruh instrument berfungsi sesuai standar operasional dan spesifikasi teknis. Melakukan pengujian fungsi (function test) pada control valve dan instrument terkait sebelum pengiriman atau setelah instalasi.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim engineering, production, dan quality untuk memastikan performa instrument optimal.
Menyusun laporan hasil kalibrasi, inspeksi, dan maintenance instrument.
Memastikan pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai standar keselamatan kerja (HSE) dan prosedur perusahaan.
Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada tim project dan customer terkait instrument pada valve syst
