Job description for Inspektor K3 at PT. Raja Tua

Inspektor K3

Lokasi Project : Padang, Sumatera Barat

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Melakukan inspeksi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja secara rutin di area proyek.

- Memastikan pekerja menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) sesuai ketentuan.

- Memantau penerapan prosedur K3 dan mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya di lapangan.

- Memberikan arahan keselamatan kerja kepada tenaga kerja sebelum dan selama pekerjaan berlangsung.

- Membuat laporan inspeksi, temuan ketidaksesuaian, dan tindak lanjut perbaikan.

- Membantu investigasi insiden serta pelaporan kejadian terkait keselamatan kerja.

- Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen dan administrasi K3 proyek.

Kualifikasi

- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan D3/S1 K3 atau bidang terkait.

- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang K3 proyek konstruksi.

- Memiliki sertifikat K3 yang relevan, diutamakan Ahli K3 Umum atau sertifikasi K3 konstruksi sesuai persyaratan proyek.

- Memahami identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, inspeksi K3, dan penggunaan APD.

- Tegas, teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

- Bersedia bekerja di lapangan dan ditempatkan di Padang
