About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales professional to join our dynamic team at PT Multitek Mitra Sejati. In this full-time role based in Central Jakarta, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our diverse client base. As an Inside Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in achieving our company's sales objectives and contributing to our continued success.
What you'll be doing
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products to effectively educate and guide customers
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while providing an exceptional customer experience
• Collaborate closely with the outdoor sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Do sales administration process such as making quotation, process order to factory and prepare tender document
What we're looking for
• Graduated as Bachelor Degree (S1) preferable from engineering field
• Experience as an inside sales or customer-facing role, preferably used to handle client from EPC or Oil & Gas industry is an advantage
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of the sales and product landscape
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
