We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our growing partnerships in Canada, the US, and Europe. In this role, you will ensure smooth client account management through top-notch administrative support, effective communication, and strong relationship building. Key Responsibilities as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) (Project Duration):
- Generate qualified leads on a daily basis according to client-defined qualifications and targets.
- Send marketing email campaigns and create related reports.
- Diligently manage client contact status.
- Conduct Forex-related research to support daily tasks.
- Participate in internal (team) and external (with clients) meetings on a weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly basis.
- Attend all training sessions conducted by the client and the company.
- Perform other assigned duties to support the company.
Qualifications for ISR:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English Literature, or Molecular Biology preferred.
- Comfortable working with data (Excel & Google Sheets).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in marketing and/or inside sales within the high-tech industry is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Note: Candidates with prior experience in Marketing and Sales or a Bachelor's degree in Business, English, or Biology will have a competitive advantage.
Upon Project Completion, Join Our Team as Experience Staff!
Following the successful completion of the ISR project (with an estimated duration of several months), you will transition into the role of Experience Staff, working closely with our Experience Manager. In this capacity, you will play a vital role in supporting programs that enhance both customer and employee experiences, including development and branding initiatives. Your responsibilities will include addressing workplace challenges, meeting departmental needs, and contributing to the development of effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities as Experience Staff:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing all programs related to customer relations, employee relations, management development, employee attraction, and employer branding.
- Support the Manager in monitoring employee performance based on departmental values as recommendations for employee performance reviews.
- Aid the Manager in monitoring departmental spending patterns, as well as budget proposals and reporting.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Participate in program brainstorming sessions, framework creation, execution, and evaluation.
- Address and resolve workplace issues, and follow up on findings, concerns, and plans from experience departments.
- Develop and maintain strategies and plans for a positive, productive, and healthy workplace.
- Develop and implement strategies and plans for achieving goals.
- Serve as a liaison between the Manager and employees.
- Substitute for the Manager during absences, including attending and leading meetings, and reporting to top management.
