Job description for Innovation & Development Supervisor at PT Miranda Moda Indonesia
Job Description:
- Handle the material development process and monitor daily progress.
- Manage development timelines and apparel sample readiness for production.
- Coordinate with the sample room, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Review tech packs, BOMs, and ensure all technical requirements are met.
- Prepare development progress reports and escalate issues to the Head.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Innovation & Development, Product Development, Material Development, or R&D within the apparel, fashion, retail, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of product development, material sourcing, sample development, BOM & costing, production flow, and quality standards.
- Experienced in project coordination, development timeline monitoring, and using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and presentation tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
