- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
- Have been a leader/supervisor in the same field minimum in 1 year
- Strong understanding of injection machines, molds, and parameter setting.
- Leadership experience in production line management.
- Willing to work in shifts and handle production targets.
- Ready to be placed in Kendal, Central Java
