Position: Inhouse Architect

Placement: Batam

Company: Tunas Group

Salary: Rp 10 juta – Rp 18 juta per bulan

Job Description:

• Develop architectural concepts and design plans

• Prepare architectural drawings and technical documents

• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors

• Ensure designs comply with standards and regulations

• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress

• Review material specifications and project efficiency

• Support design development from concept to completion

• Revise designs based on project requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture field

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or related software

• Strong understanding of building design and construction methods

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Willing to be placed in Batam
