Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S2 di bidang Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Manajemen, Manajemen Proyek, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun dalam manajemen proyek, khususnya di industri IT, pembangunan infrastruktur, atau teknologi digital.
- Memiliki Sertifikasi manajemen proyek seperti PMP atau PRINCE2 yang masih berlaku.
- Keterampilan dalam penggunaan perangkat lunak manajemen proyek, seperti Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, atau Trello.
- Keterampilan manajemen proyek yang kuat dan berpengalaman dalam metodologi seperti Agile atau Waterfall.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan memantau setiap fase proyek dengan detail.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal, klien, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk memastikan kebutuhan proyek terpenuhi.
- Menetapkan tujuan, timeline, dan anggaran proyek serta mengelola sumber daya yang diperlukan.
- Mengawasi progres proyek, menyelesaikan masalah yang muncul, dan mengambil tindakan korektif bila diperlukan.
- Mengidentifikasi risiko proyek dan mengambil langkah-langkah pencegahan untuk meminimalkan dampak.
- Menyusun laporan perkembangan proyek secara berkala kepada manajemen dan klien.
