Internship Position: Information Technology Intern
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the company’s IT systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Develop solutions using Glide Point Plus application.
- Conduct application testing to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support to internal teams.
- Assist in system documentation and IT processes.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of programming and application development.
- Experience or proficiency in using Glide Point Plus is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Willing to work within the specified hours (Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
- Willing to complete a 3-month internship program.
