Job description for Influencer Marketing Specialist at Insta360+Philips
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, reach out, and build long-term relationships with TikTok KOLs/influencers in the electronics and tech lifestyle niche.
Negotiate collaboration terms (free product, commission, flat fee) and manage end-to-end campaign execution.
Brief KOLs on campaign goals, key messaging, and product selling points for electronics.
Track and analyze KOL performance (views, clicks, conversions) and optimize partnership strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery(might need to help packing samples) and campaign alignment with live streams or promotions.
General Requirements:
Minimum education S1 or equivalent (Fresh graduates are allowed to apply).
Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL BD, sales, or influencer marketing preferred (training provided for motivated candidates).
Fast learner, proactive, and resourceful – able to think on their feet.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to communicate daily matters in English or Mandarin (at least one, with working proficiency).
Familiarity with TikTok platform trends and creator ecosystem is a plus.
