Job description for Industrial Sales Executive at PT. Modernland Realty, Tbk
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target penjualan
- Mampu menganalisis area penjualan dan pengembangan wilayah
- Melakukan pertemuan tatap muka atau presentasi online untuk proses penjualan
- Mempersiapkan dokumen invoice, kontrak hingga proposal
- Bertanggung jawab memelihara hubungan yang baik dengan customers
Kualifikasi :
- Usia 20-35 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun dibidang sales kawasan industri/property
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai sales B2B menjadi nilai tambah
- Bisa berbahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai tambah
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan persuasif
- Bersedia untuk penempatan Cikande, Banten
