Job description for Industrial Relations Supervisor at PT Putra Mulia Telecommunication
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Industrial Relations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day industrial relations activities and ensure harmonious employee-management relationships. The successful candidate will support compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations matters, and assist in maintaining a productive and legally compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate industrial relations and employee relations activities.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries.
- Support negotiations and administration of collective bargaining agreements (CBA).
- Act as liaison between management and employee representatives/unions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
- Prepare documentation for labor office submissions and legal proceedings.
- Conduct investigations into workplace disputes and misconduct cases.
- Advise line managers on IR procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate IR records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Relations or Employee Relations.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Experience handling unionized environments is an advantage.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
