REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an IE Staff/Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Time Study, Motion Study, Line Balancing, and SAM/SMV calculations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively.
- Proactive, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure to meet production targets.
- Willing to be placed at our bussines units such as Boyolali, Sragen, or Tangerang.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Conduct work measurements and motion analyses to establish accurate target outputs (SAM/SMV) for sewing and auxiliary production processes.
- Design optimal machinery layouts and operator allocations on the sewing lines to ensure a smooth production flow, eliminate bottlenecks, and maximize line efficiency.
- Identify and eliminate waste in production areas using Lean tools.
- Monitor, analyze, and report daily, weekly, and monthly factory efficiency performance. Perform variance analyses for unmet targets and propose corrective action plans.
- Partner with Production Managers, PPIC, and QA teams to ensure smooth style transitions from PPM to bulk production.
- Assist in integrating production data with digital manufacturing systems (such as MES).
