Job description for Indoor Farm Manager at PT Agro Putra Pratama
PT Agro Putra Pratama is looking for an experienced and hands-on Indoor Farm Manager to lead our Indoor Vertical Farm operations in West Jakarta.
We’re looking for a professional who brings strong expertise in modern agriculture, hydroponic cultivation, controlled-environment farming, and farm operations management—with strawberry cultivation experience as a strong advantage.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Horticulture, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in vertical farming or greenhouse operations
- Strong experience in hydroponic cultivation
- Experience in strawberry cultivation is highly preferred
- Proven experience managing cultivation/production teams
- Experience in contamination control and quality assurance
- Strong data-driven decision-making and operational management skills
- Professional working proficiency in English and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to work full-time on-site in West Jakarta
