Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Pengembangan Bisnis:
- Mengidentifikasi dan menargetkan perusahaan asing yang berpotensi menjadi klien di berbagai industri.
- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang kuat dengan klien potensial.
- Menyajikan presentasi yang persuasif tentang layanan market entry 1Export Indonesia.
- Menutup kesepakatan dan mencapai target penjualan yang ditetapkan.
Konsultasi Market Entry:
- Memberikan konsultasi komprehensif kepada klien mengenai persyaratan peraturan, proses pendaftaran, dan strategi pemasaran di Indonesia.
- Membantu klien dalam memilih produk yang sesuai dengan pasar Indonesia.
- Menyediakan dukungan dalam hal pendaftaran sertifikasi halal, BPOM, dan izin edar.
- Membantu klien dalam membangun jaringan bisnis dengan distributor lokal dan mitra strategis.
Manajemen Proyek:
- Mengelola seluruh proses market entry klien, mulai dari tahap awal hingga peluncuran produk di pasar Indonesia.
- Memastikan proyek diselesaikan tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan anggaran.
- Menyediakan laporan berkala mengenai kemajuan proyek kepada manajemen.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang bisnis, pemasaran, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam bidang penjualan, terutama dalam industri B2B.
- Pemahaman yang kuat tentang pasar Indonesia dan lingkungan bisnisnya (terutama tentang Indonesia market entry).
- Keterampilan komunikasi dan presentasi yang sangat baik dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris.
- Kemampuan bernegosiasi dan membangun hubungan yang kuat.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Memahami peraturan dan regulasi terkait impor, ekspor, dan perizinan di Indonesia (Halal, BPOM, NIB, etc.).
- Kemampuan menggunakan perangkat lunak CRM dan Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
