Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, develop Publishers/KOLs network
- Manage overall KOLs network performance
- Map out, strategize and execute engagement plan towards KOLs to maintain relationship
- Gather insight as input for future roadmap and value propositions
- Work closely with operation team, sale team and tech team, especially headquarter
- Coordinating department objectives, timelines and schedules
- From time to time take lead or assist with other critical tasks as needed to contribute to the success of the company
Competencies:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Knowledge:
- At least 2 years experience in affiliate/influencer management;
- Experienced in approaching and managing publishers/KOLs figure from end-to-end (selection, contacting, building relationship, etc.);
- Have existing network with Pub/KOL's, having Pub/KOL's within direct circle of friends is advantageous.
Skills: Good interpersonal skill; Networking and good people management; Good oral and written communication skills; Change management
Attitude: Aggressive, Detail & result-oriented; Responsibility; Enjoy the pressure of a high growth business environment; Work well under pressure and willing to work as needed to get the job done.
Note: Nationality of Indo-China is preferred.
