Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Melakukan pencarian dan verifikasi database calon merchant.

Menghubungi calon merchant melalui telepon/WhatsApp.

Menjelaskan produk dan benefit Platform O2O.

Melakukan persuasion untuk mengajak merchant bergabung.

Membantu proses registrasi dan onboarding merchant.

Melakukan follow-up terhadap merchant yang belum menyelesaikan proses.

Memastikan merchant berhasil aktif di platform.

Mencatat seluruh aktivitas dan status merchant pada sistem.

Mencapai target acquisition dan activation yang telah ditentukan.

Membuat laporan pencapaian harian dan memberikan feedback terkait kendala merchant.
