Inbound Customer Care Agent (Jakarta & Bali | WFO | English Speaker)
About the role
This role focuses on handling incoming customer inquiries through phone and digital channels, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position requires strong English communication skills, as the agent may communicate with English-speaking customers and/or work in an English-speaking environment. This is a full-time, office-based position in Jakarta or Bali.
Key responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone and digital channels
Provide accurate information to customers
Resolve customer concerns
Maintain CRM records
Ensure service quality standards
Handle inbound calls throughout the day
Multitask in a fast-paced environment
About you
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-oriented and professional when handling customer inquiries and complaints
Comfortable handling inbound calls throughout the day
Previous experience in customer service, call centre, contact centre, hospitality, front office, or similar roles is an advantage
Basic computer skills and comfortable using CRM/customer service systems
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and able to follow established procedures
Willing to work full-time on-site in Jakarta or Bali
