Job description for Import Staff at PT EVOSALVO
We are looking for an experienced Import Staff to join our team! To fill this position, you have to meet the following:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation or a related field is preferred.
- Must have 2-3 years experience in custom clearance of handling import / export shipment.
- Great knowledge in import & export documentation: draft PIB, Bill of Lading, Invoice & Packing List.
- Experienced working in the logistics / freight forwarding company.
- Good in communication skill (English or Mandarin preferable).
Responsibilities:
- Handle all import and export documents process (CIPL, BL, Form E, etc).
- Make draft PIB and prepared PIB payment (E-Billing).
- Communication and coordinating with importer and shipper related to document and shipment schedule.
- Determine HS Code based on existing documents (Cargo List).
- Responsible to manage end to end import and export process.
- Create and update report for every job shipment.
- Accompany the operational team to carry out inspections in the field.
