Job Description

• Well know about HS code, import regulation, the creating process of document Bill of Lading (B/L), preparing with bea cukai, depdag & other government department.

• Preparing document related to import process (clearing docs Bill of Lading).

• Keep up-to-date with import regulation.

• Interact with bea cukai, forwarder & PPJK in order of processing import.

• Have experience in purchasing import.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree, IPK >3.00 any field

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in same field

• Can operate the computer, especially Ms.office.

• Understand the administrative system in purchasing.

• Detailed oriented and meticulous.

• Understanding the NAV system takes precedence.

• Have good communication skill and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English (written & spoken).

• Being able to speak Mandarin would be an advantage.
