Job description for Import Purchasing Staff at Gea Getra RSA (PT Royal Sultan Agung)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Economics and Management
- Minimal 1 years of working experience in international trade logistics
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple logistics process simultaneously
- Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. English test score is required
- Good skills and understanding in import purchasing/logistics process and procedures
- Strong knowledge in custom rules and government regulations of electronic goods will be an advantage
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage Purchase Orders (POs) as per management approvals
- Ensure the compliance of import licensing and the import regulation in Indonesia prior PO confirmation or delivery
- Track all issued POs, delivery deadlines, payment deadlines and maintain updated records for follow-ups
- Serve as the point of contact regarding order updates, lead times, and delivery
- Handle all documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin)
- Maintain database for POs related communication, and logistics service providers
- Provide updates on inventory status and shipment progress to relevant stakeholders
