About Nilaya

We are a fast-growing health and wellness brand focused on natural food supplements and functional nutrition, with international expansion planned across Europe, and the US. Our mission is to create products that are clean, effective, and globally trusted.

We're looking for a hands-on Import-Export & Logistics Manager based in Bali, who will oversee all international logistics operations, manage documentation, negotiate shipping and warehousing contracts, and build a world-class supply chain. You will also handle buying requests & invoicing to our suppliers to keep our production running smoothly.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Handle all import and export documentation for food supplements and related products, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.

- Manage relationships with customs agents, freight forwarders, and government authorities (if necessary).

- Negotiate prices and terms with forwarders, shipping lines, couriers, and warehouse providers.

- Research and coordinate setup of storage and fulfillment partners in Europe and the US.

- Ensure compliance with tax, customs duties, and import/export laws in target countries.

- Coordinate shipments, track delivery performance, and manage cost-effective logistics strategies.

- Monitor production needs to restock inventory for production. Buy the necessary inventory from our suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in import-export, logistics, or international supply chain, ideally in food, supplements, or FMCG.

- Deep understanding of Indonesian customs procedures, HS codes, and BPOM import-export regulations.

- Familiarity with logistics and tax rules in Southeast Asia and ideally EU/US.

- Skilled in price negotiation and setting up agreements with logistics and 3PL providers.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset.

- Must be based in Bali or willing to relocate; this is a full on-site role.

- Fluent in both English & Indonesian (spoken and written);
