Job description for IMPORT & EXPORT STAFF at PT PAHOME CUSTOMIZATION INDONESIA
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import and export processes, including PIB, PEB, and related documentation.
- Manage V-Legal applications for furniture export activities.
- Handle PI (Persetujuan Impor) applications for imported wood raw materials.
- Manage factory operational permits and required legal documentation.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping agents, freight forwarders, and relevant government institutions.
- Ensure all import-export activities comply with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in import-export operations, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
- Understand PIB, PEB, V-Legal, and PI procedures.
- Familiar with import permits for wood raw materials and export documentation for furniture.
- Understand factory licensing and legal administrative requirements.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
