Operation Export & Import Specialist
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably logistics or international trade related majors
- Have at least 1 year export import work experience
- Actively master English both spoken and written
- Able to work with a team and have good communication, negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills
- Able to work to deadlines, be thorough and agile as well as multitasking
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to monitor and supervise work outside working hours / at home
- Have a good understanding of export and import regulations and licenses
- Understanding HS Code, and Customs Rules
- Have a good understanding of import activities, international trade, taxation, transportation of goods, logistics
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all export and import shipments can be completed properly
- Actively monitor activities in handling documents for the export and import process
- Coordinate and communicate well with shipping agents, customs, customers and agents
- Monitor and update all information on export and import activities to all customers
- Responsible and able to resolve problems related to export and import activities
