Swing ERP — B2B Implementation Specialist
Golf & Club Operations Tech | On-site, Jakarta area
We're building a B2B product, a venue management system replacing legacy tools. We're looking for an Implementation Specialist to own the on-ground rollout, working directly inside partner venues to make sure the system actually fits how they operate.
What you'll do:
1. Embed on-site at partner clubs (FO, Starters, Membership, Finance, etc,) to observe real operational flow before proposing system changes
2. Map legacy system workflows to ensure a clean, gap-free system implementation
3. Run the full go-live lifecycle: prototype validation → staff shadowing → hands-on trial → go-live → post-launch support
4. Catch the operational details that make or break adoption
5. Coordinate across departments on-site to keep implementation moving without cross-team bottlenecks
6. Own the feedback loop: collect issues from live sessions, prioritize by go-live impact, track through to shipped and re-validated
7. Carry lessons from each venue into the next, helping the product converge on a true multi-venue standard
8. Manage client confidence through early-stage rollout uncertainty, especially with venues wary of being an early adopter
What we're looking for:
1. Preferred: experience in golf/club operations, hospitality ops, or B2B SaaS implementation
2. Comfortable being on-site regularly
3. Sharp eye for operational edge cases
4. Strong stakeholder handling, able to keep skeptical clients engaged through a rough early build
5. Organized documentation habit, you track readiness and blockers per venue, not just vibes
