Job description for Implementation Consultant (HRIS / Software Implementation) at PT. Sakura System Solutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant, HRIS Consultant, ERP Consultant, Software Implementation Specialist, or System Support.

- Proven experience in HRIS or ERP implementation projects.

- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, taxation, employee benefits, and HR administration is a plus.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Strong presentation, training, and documentation abilities.

- Familiarity with databases, SQL, APIs, and system integration is an advantage.

- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data migration.

- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
