Job description for Implementation Consultant (ERP) - Onsite Project at Impact
Contract based - digital transformation opportunity onsite in Timika, Papua for 3 months (extendable) with great benefits.

About the Role
As our Consultant, you will be helping the client with digital transformation:
- Lead the onsite ERP and/or HCM implementation process and become an agent of change
- Evaluate pain points and provide practical solutions
- Suggest operational improvements and optimization
- Provide and manage training activity plans, materials, and user manuals
This role is suitable for you if you are looking to enhance your skills both in business process optimization and business software. Your main responsibility is to handle software implementation and will be exposed directly to day-to-day users.
You will work in cross-functional teams and meet great people regularly from diverse backgrounds. We work in an open environment where there are no boundaries or power distance. Everyone is encouraged to speak their mind, propose ideas, influence others, and continuously grow themselves.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 4.0
- Minimum 1 year of experience on ERP implementation
- Has experience in Odoo ERP is the most preferred
- Special interest in accounting & finance, business process optimization, and business software
- Detail oriented, curious, and proactive personality
- Strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Quick to adapt and learn
