Job description for IELTS Tutor at PT Sinar Edukasi Nusantara

Qualifications & Requirements:

Candidates from Indonesia
Fluency in English, with a strong command of grammar, pronunciation, and usage
Experience teaching ESL (English as a Second Language), IELTS preparation, or related English language programs
Proven ability to develop effective lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to various learning styles and proficiency levels
Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a student-centered approach
Ability to assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
IELTS band score of 7.0 or higher (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
Understanding of Curriculum : Familiarity with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and ability to develop lesson plan etc.
Preference given to graduates of foreign universities and/or recipients of educational scholarships
