Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for medical meetings, trainings, conferences, and healthcare events
- Support project timelines, documentation, and coordination with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Assist with social media management, healthcare content scheduling, and digital campaigns
- Support the implementation of healthcare, medical training, and technology-driven initiatives
- Conduct healthcare-related research and prepare reports, presentations, training materials, and project documents
- Provide clinical knowledge and nursing support across assigned healthcare projects
- Assist with patient-related coordination, medical documentation, and communication with doctors and healthcare teams
- Provide administrative and operational support across multiple healthcare projects
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with ICU experience
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Good understanding of critical care, ICU procedures, and healthcare operations
- Familiar with social media platforms, digital tools, and basic computer applications
- Comfortable working on multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
- Experience in healthcare training, medical events, content development, or project coordination is an advantage
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup and adapt to diverse healthcare and project-related responsibilities
