Job description for IB Business Developement Assocate / Leader (ID) at Juno Market
- Introducing new potential IBs (Introducing Brokers) to the company and meet the sales target
- Proactively source and secure potential clients throughout Asia
- Identify obstacle, providing solutions and ideas to improve sales
- Conduct meetings with potential IBs (Introducing Brokers)
- Update task activities inn the CRM System (send email to client, make phone call, creation of deal, setting up meeting with client, follow up task, etc)
- Escalate issues Highlighed by IBs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Provides daily updates via reporting tools
- Increase Sales by Guiding introducing Broker through Followups
- Coaching and IB Development programs
- Working closely with account management and operation team to healthy relationship with IBs.
- Be compliant to company policy and procedures at all time.
- Good Knowledge about FX, CFD's and other financial instrument
- Good knowledge in sales
- Good knowledge about affiliate commission calculation for financial instrument
- Good knowledge about how FX Broker work
- Good computer literacy (ms office)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to speak, understand, and write in English
