About the role
In this role you will be primarily responsible to ensure that Superbank’s internal IAM is maintained at all times. You will be responsible for managing the Identity and Access Management (IAM), User Access Matrix (UAM), and User Access Review (UAR), build procedures and guidelines for Superbank IT, to ensure that Superbank internal Identity and Access are managed and operated in a secure manner.
🔧 Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure that security controls are designed and implemented in various IT processes related to Identity and Access Management
2. Responsible for reviewing & proposing policy changes on IAM technologies inDigital Bank.
3. Responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations
4. Do initial review to UAR (User Access Review) and UAM (User Access Matrix) documents.
5. Automate IAM processes using scripting or tools to improve efficiency (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Terraform)
6. Help with audits and compliance (access reviews, logs).
✅ Qualifications
1. A recognized university degree in Computing, Information Technology or equivalent
2. Having a minimum of 3 years working experience in enterprise security-related roles.
3. Not mandatory but having security/vendor-specific certifications will be an advantage
4. Able to set up and execute a POC (Proof-of-Concept) for new technology/ tools
5. Have at least 3 years of experience in handling at least 3-4 of these:
• IAM solution (Cloud or OnPrem)
• Identity Governance Solution
6. Have a good understanding of security principles related to Identity and Access Management (based on industry standard framework e.g. ISO 27001), such as least privileges
7. Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
8. Hands-on experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, etc.).
9. Familiarity with SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth.
10. Understanding of user access lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver)
