Job Description
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation across all working areas (kitchen, pastry lab, restaurant, and storage) in accordance with established standards
- Conduct routine inspections related to hygiene and food safety practices
- Monitor proper food storage conditions (temperature control, cleanliness, and expiration dates)
- Ensure all staff and trainees comply with personal hygiene standards
- Deliver basic training on hygiene and food safety practices
- Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs
- Oversee waste management and maintain environmental cleanliness
- Coordinate with related teams to maintain operational hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Food Technology, Public Health, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hygiene or food safety (hotel, restaurant, or culinary school experience is preferred); Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Good understanding of food safety standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work in a kitchen/operational environment
- Placement at Tabanan, Bali
