Job description for Hygiene Officer at Bali Culinary Pastry School

Job Description:

Memastikan kebersihan dan sanitasi area kerja (kitchen, pastry lab, restaurant, storage) sesuai standar
Melakukan inspeksi rutin terhadap hygiene dan food safety
Mengawasi penyimpanan bahan makanan agar sesuai standar (suhu, kebersihan, expired)
Memastikan penerapan personal hygiene oleh staff dan trainee
Memberikan pelatihan dasar terkait hygiene dan food safety
Melakukan audit internal dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP
Mengawasi pengelolaan limbah dan kebersihan lingkungan
Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk menjaga standar kebersihan operasional

Qualifications:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Hospitality, Food Technology, Public Health atau bidang terkait)
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang hygiene / food safety (hotel, restaurant, atau culinary school lebih diutamakan)
Memahami standar food safety (HACCP lebih disukai)
Memiliki perhatian tinggi terhadap detail dan kebersihan
Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
Bersedia bekerja di lingkungan kitchen/operasional
