Job Description

Ensuring compliance with company and government regulations related to labor.
Recruiting and sourcing qualified job applicants.
Processing monthly payroll and tax deductions.
Handling contract and ensuring contracts comply with local labor laws.
Assisting employee empowerment program.
Assisting multimedia creation.
Assisting SOP creation.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, rules & regulations
At least 1 year related working experience is preferred
Ability to multitask and to work as part of a team
Computer literate Ms. Word and Excel
Proficient in verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
