Requirements
- Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience (hospitality industry experience is an advantage)
- Good understanding of core HR functions (recruitment, HR administration, payroll support, employee relations, license, etc)
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
- Familiarity with payroll administration, BPJS, and PPh 21 is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic hospitality environment.
